Where are the packages shipped from?

Our orders are shipped from from Halle (Germany), where Flaconi's main logistics center is located. Therefore, there might be a small gap between the send-out of your order and the first scan at Royal Mail.

Please keep in mind that the parcel needs to be transported to your country before the first scan appears. This normally does not take longer than 1–2 days.
