Where are the packages shipped from?

Our orders are shipped from Halle (Germany), where Flaconi's main logistics centre is located. Therefore, there might be a small gap between the dispatch of your order and the first scan at Anpost.

Please keep in mind that the parcel needs to be transported to your country before the first scan appears. This normally does not take longer than 1–2 days.
