⚠️ Important Notes on Returning Dangerous Goods
Dangerous goods refers to products that contain flammable substances, gases, pressure containers, or lithium batteries / accumulators (e.g. in electrical beauty tools or perfumes/sprays). Due to legal transport regulations, these items must be specially packaged and labelled when returned.
1
Use the original packaging: Ideally use the original Flaconi shipping box. This has the necessary stability and already bears the legally required warning stickers.
2
Choose a replacement packaging: If the original box is damaged, please choose a sturdy, firm new box (especially for devices with batteries/accumulators).
3
Attach dangerous goods label: Check that the warning stickers are clearly legible. If you use your own box, please affix the required dangerous goods sticker clearly visible on the long side of the parcel.
4
Secure padding & positioning: Place the product upright and centred in the box. Fill any gaps well with packing material so the product cannot move and cannot switch on unintentionally.
5
Ensure leak protection: Securely close products containing liquids or spray cans (if necessary, additionally secure lids with adhesive tape) to prevent leakage.
🚨 Important Safety Notice:
Damaged or leaking batteries and accumulators must under no circumstances be shipped for safety reasons!
