⚠️ Important Notes on Returning Dangerous Goods
Dangerous goods refers to products that contain easily flammable substances, gases, pressure vessels, or lithium batteries / accumulators (e.g. in electric beauty tools or perfumes/sprays). Due to legal transport regulations, these items must be specially packaged and labelled when returned.
1
Use original packaging: Ideally use the original Flaconi shipping box. It has the necessary stability and already bears the legally required warning labels.
2
Choose replacement packaging: If the original box is damaged, please select a sturdy, firm new box (especially for devices with batteries/accumulators).
3
Attach dangerous goods label: Check that the warning labels are clearly legible. If you use your own box, please affix the required dangerous goods label clearly visible on the long side of the parcel.
4
Secure cushioning & positioning: Place the product upright and centred in the box. Fill any gaps well with packing material so that the product cannot move and cannot switch on unintentionally.
5
Ensure leak protection: Securely close products containing liquids or spray cans (additionally secure lids with tape if necessary) to prevent leaking.
🚨 Important safety notice:
Damaged or leaking batteries and accumulators must under no circumstances be sent for safety reasons!
