You can return your order free of charge up to 120 days after receipt.
This voluntary right of return applies to all items that are unused, unopened, and complete. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains completely unaffected.
1. Create return label
Create your label directly in the Returns Portal using your order number and email address.
- The label is provided exclusively digitally. Delivery by post through Customer Service is unfortunately not possible.
2. Pack & drop off parcel
Pack your items well protected in a sturdy cardboard box (please do not use envelopes) and drop the parcel off at Royal Mail. Please note the following guidelines:
- Sets: Must always be returned complete. Individual parts cannot be credited.
- Goodies (product gifts): Are tied to the purchase and must be returned as well.
- Free samples: You may keep these in any case!
After the statutory 14-day cancellation period, electronic devices can only be returned in the event of a technical defect.
3. Processing, refund & Pay Later
Processing your return can take up to 4 weeks. As soon as everything has been checked at the warehouse, you will receive confirmation via email. Refunds are usually made within a few working days to your chosen payment method. Please keep your proof of postage safe!
Important when paying with invoice / Klarna:
Register your return directly in the Klarna app. The payment due date will automatically pause.
